New house in my listings. New construction.  
This house is perfect for relaxing with the whole family.  
It is located in a residence with 24 hour security. 5 minutes from Sosua beach.  
You can choose to stay and rest at the house, or enjoy the beach and its various activities or visit the area and its excursions.  
The space  
house and pool are only for you  
Other things to note  
the house have a capacity for 6 but we have sofa bed.  
so we can acomodated this for 2 ppl more.  
cost is 50 us$ per pers
