It's nestled away from the crowds, is just a two minute walk to restaurants and a ten minute walk to the center of the town. You will enjoy a direct view of the ocean with stunning views from your own private balcony.  
  
On site administration & 24 hour security are on the premises and ready to assist at a moments notice. A golf cart is on the grounds to be used by security for your convenience. Whether you need help getting yourself, your luggage or a few groceries to your unit, our staff will be there to assist. You can also reach the owner via email, phone or text.

\- Electricity Usage - Electricity consumption is not included in your overall price and you will pay the consumption at a rate of ($17 pesos per kW). Just make sure you switch off the air conditioning correctly, especially during the day and when you leave your villa  
\- Family Friendly - Visitors must be registered - To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guest must register with heir passport or ID.  
\- Inappropriate behavior and loud noise - please have guest refrain from inappropriate behavior and loud noise. After 10pm, please be discreet in order to respect the neighbors.

#### Confortable condo avec une belle vue !

Rien à redire sur cet appartement confortable et spacieux ! Sans oublier le confort de la terrasse où le soleil n'arrive qu'en fin d'après-midi, donc pas trop chaud, ainsi que les bons services d'une gentille femme de ménage. Un peu comme tous ces genres de location, la cuisine était plutôt mal équipée. Même qu'il a fallu acheter des cuillères en bois pour cuisiner, une spatule pour tourner les oeufs et un bol à salade. Et tous les chaudrons et poêles sont en Tefal... Enfin, malgré ces quelques irritants, nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour !

#### Relaxing oceanfront home away from winter

This Hispaniola Beach condo is ideally located, tastefully decorated, and well managed. Gorgeous beach, secure location, access to transportation as needed, and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Both the onsite property manager and the property owner were very responsive, welcoming, and knowledgeable which made every aspect of our month-long stay absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

Tim’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy a week in paradise. Check in was seamless and location is perfect. We enjoyed a nightly walk to the ice cream shop!

#### Loved our unit, complex and location. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Wonderful location. We could get to most shopping beaches etc within 10-15 minutes walk. This was the first time we have been away for an entire month. If I was to stay that long again we would probably rent a vehicle in order to see more of the country. Language was a challenge sometimes (many can speak some English) but with an effort at some Spanish and hand signals if needed we were able to easily survive. More Spanish needed depending on how far afield you travel. The Dominican people were very friendly and helpful. The condominium complex was well staffed and secure. Having your own beach was terrific and the north coast is beautiful. Our unit was very comfortable and with the use of the overhead fans were able to minimize the cost of air conditioning. My only recommendation for the unit was it could use some additional kitchen supplies . We ate in as much as we ate out and found most of the chef knives needed some sharpening. A very minor inconvenience. All appliances were new and up to date, beds and furniture very comfortable. We highly recommend this complex and unit.

My wife and I just got back home from our vacation. We spended really great time in Sosua. The apartment is very convenient, clean and has it all for the nice vacation. The owners are very responsive. We definitely can recommend this apartment and will be back again in near future.
