### Lovely guest-friendly villa with private pool in gated residence

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 2000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)  
  
Main features include:  
\- Gated residence with 24/7 security and on-site administration office  
\- Check-in with English-speaking staff  
\- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)   
\- Television / Cable TV  
\- Wi-Fi internet  
\- Air conditioning, Fans  
\- Terrace  
\- Tropical garden  
\- On-site restaurant/bar and mini-market  
\- Free shuttle bus to/from the main beaches and shops of both Cabarete and Sosua (less than 5 minutes' drive), several times per day!  
\- Mini-golf course  
\- Waterpark  
\- Other units are available in this residence, for larger groups (or if you have any particular preference in terms of floor number, beds size etc.)  
  
A few house rules:  
\- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).  
\- Pets can be considered (depending on their type/number/size).  
\- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.  
\- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.  
\- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only)  
  
Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.  
  
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings. Returning tenants benefit from lower rates and better payment terms.
