Stay in our welcoming 3BR/2BA colonial penthouse in Sosua. Located above Playero Supermarket on the Sosua strip, you're just a minute's walk from the beach and steps away from restaurants and bars. With a backup generator and good WiFi connection, you have all the comforts you need. Enjoy a relaxed, convenient stay in the heart of Sosua!

Welcome to our charming 3BR/2BA colonial penthouse, perfectly positioned above Playero Supermarket on Sosua’s vibrant strip. This spacious retreat offers everything within walking distance—a mere minute’s stroll to the pristine Sosua Beach and just steps away from an array of restaurants and bars.  
  
Enjoy modern comforts like good WiFi and a reliable backup generator to keep your stay seamless. For your peace of mind, on-site security staff are always available, and they do not require local guest IDs for entry.  
  
Please note that one bathroom does not have hot water, and while all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, the living room remains without. Additionally, electricity is not included in the stay, ensuring you have full control over your usage.

However, there is a late-night arrival fee of 40 USD for arrivals between 11:00PM and 7:00 AM.
