The villa is a characteristic Sorrentine villa, surrounded by more than 3500 sqm garden. There are two entrances to the villa, a pedestrian entrance, which leads you to the villa first floor and a large gate which leads to a spacious parking which can host large-sized cars and minivans. With its 500 sqm the villa is an elegant accommodation, perfect for large families and groups of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in Sorrento with the incredible view of the Sea and the Bay of Naples. The location of this villa is just perfect if you like tranquillity while on holiday, it gives you the chance of being close to the city centre and at the same time in a peaceful and panoramic location, away from traffic. “La Dimora di Priora” is very stylish and it offers the best comforts you may need. The villa is furnished in modern style, respecting the local design with majolica tails from Campania Region and can accommodate up to 18 people. There are 8 bedrooms with bathrooms of which: 6 double, 1 twin and 1 bedroom with bunk beds which on request can be a triple room. There are also 2 comfortable sofa beds. A large dining room, which is connected to the living room with its own private bar. Two spacious terraces which offer the most amazing view over the sea , the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. On the ground floor there is a spacious patio connected to the main kitchen of the villa which is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy relaxing outdoor meals in summer time. Only a few steps away from the villa, in the garden, you can find the villa relaxing area. A small self-contained guest house with sofa, kitchenette and bathroom, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, a table tennis table, a table football, an elegant HIDROMASSAGE BATH(open from May to October), the villa SWIMMING POOL (open from May to October) and a nice solarium equipped with sunbeds. This is the perfect place where you can enjoy carefree afternoons with fresh drinks on hand. To add an extra touch of authenticity is the adjacent village church and bell tower, which you can admire from the panoramic terraces, where it overlooks. The main local hightlights, such as the archeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the Neapolitan icon Mount Vesuvius, the elegant Amalfi coast and the famous isle of Capri are not far away from Sorrento. More about the villa: The floors of “La Dimora di Priora” are all connected by indoor and outdoor stairs. \- On ground floor there is a patio supplied with table and chairs which is connected to the main kitchen of the villa which is fully equipped with: cooktop, dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine and espresso coffee machine. A living/dining room equipped with air conditioning, a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a small bathroom with wc and sink. \- First floor of the villa is where you can find the main dining room, supplied with air conditioning, and connected to a spacious living room where you can find the villa’s own private bar equipped with dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Neapolitan coffee machine, where you can make elegant cocktails and aperitifs. Dining room and living room are tastefully decorated and connected to each other, both rooms offer a magnificent view over the sea and Mount Vesuvious. This is what make “La dimora di Priora” the perfect location for winter season holidays, the pleasure of having a nice meal in the warm and cosy villa accompanied by a fantastic view over the Bay of Naples makes any holiday a special one. On the same floor, a little hall leads to some of the bedrooms of the villa: A room with bunk beds, air conditioning and completed with a small kitchen (no cooktop), a bathroom with shower and a nice TV room equipped with air conditioning and sofas. Walking up some steps, a double bedroom equipped with air conditioning and with en suite shower bathroom; this room has direct access to the main panoramic terrace of the villa. \- A few more steps to reach the Sleeping area of the villa which includes 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower bathroom. All the bedrooms rooms are equipped with air conditioning. \- From the sleeping area, one more staircase to reach the cherry on the cake of “La dimora di Priora”, a panoramic apartment on the top floor. The top floor includes one double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom and direct access to the main panoramic terrace, a living room, with sofa bed, open space with a small secondary kitchen (no cooktop) equipped with kettle, toaster and Neapolitan coffee machine, from which you can access the private panoramic terrace, where to enjoy relaxing moments. Both bedroom and living room are equipped with air conditioning. SERVICES INCLUDED INT THE PRICE: \- Air Conditioning (in every room) and Heating \- Wide Free Parking \- Washing Machine \- Free Wi-Fi \- Swimming pool (open from May to October) PLEASE NOTE THAT: \- The €800 safety deposit will be returned to you after satisfactory checks have been made. If any damage or breakages are found, the cost of these will be deducted from your deposit and the owner reserves the right to evaluate the cost of breakages. \- Final cleaning/ sanitization has a costs of €300. \- On departure day the villa must be left in the same condition as you found it (i.e. all dishes to be washed and put away, no rubbish left in the villa). If you fail to respect this rule and the villa is left excessively dirty or untidy, you will be asked to pay an additional cleaning fee of €50. \- Use of the villa and its services is exclusively reserved for the guests staying at "La Dimora di Priora”. Additional guests and use of unapproved suppliers is not permitted Check-in is from 4pm to 9pm and the villa needs to be vacated by 10am. For arrivals after 9pm, late check in fee is €80 \- Waste must be recycled properly and taken outside the main door on the correct days of collection. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an extra fee of €150\. The information sheet is provided in the villa. \- Loud noise and music outdoors are not permitted from 11pm until 9 am. During the day loud music could bother the neighbours, so please make sure you never play music loud. \- All the floors of the villa are connected by steps, for this reason “La Dimora di Priora” is not accessible to guests with mobile disabilities. There was nothing we could find wrong with it. Daniela, our hostess, was such a bright light for us. She always answered promptly and even did grocery shopping for us so that things we needed were there. The pool was a lovely refuge from the heat. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful, clean, and spacious villa on our next trip. And the AC worked like a charm. Beds were amazingly comfortable. He is originally from Italy so it was very special for him to have his children and grandchildren with him. We were 7 adults and 4 teens and everyone had there own space . Daniela was a prefect host. Her communication before and during our stay was prompt, professional and she always went above and beyond to help us. We needed help with transportation and tours, she recommended Lucio, he and his team of drivers were also outstanding. The property was huge, clean and comfortable. The views form the terraces were incredible. The outdoor pool, game area and stunning sitting area covered in lemon trees was magical. There were two restaurant across the street that were perfect for dinners when we didn’t want to travel back into the city, which was only a quick 10 minute drive. The property is located on a picturesque lemon farm and has solid full sea views with Mount Vesuvius on the backdrop. The terrace is unreal and was our favorite place to have dinner in the evening and to watch sunsets. There are so many other lovely places around the property that are difficult to describe (for example, there is this beautiful covered picnic spot in the middle of the lemon garden that is not even pictured yet). Daniela, our host, was very responsive and very accommodating and was always going out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. We absolutely loved our stay at the villa and didn't want to leave! We stayed with a group of family and friends to celebrate our wedding in Sorrento. The location was ideal away from the hustle and bustle from central Sorrento, and the views from the terrace were incredible. The entire property is stunning. Our host, Daniela, made our stay even more fantastic! She was on hand at all times and very reaponsive both before and during our stay to help with transport, recommendations for activities/restaurants etc., and even made sure we had all the shopping we needed when we arrived at the villa. We loved our stay, as did all of our guests, and we would 100% recommend. This house was amazing. I highly recommend staying here. We stayed here with a group of 15 adults and 1 child this past May. There was a bedroom and bathroom for each couple in our group, and a kitchen on each level, not to mention all the terraces and porches! Everything was so clean and well stocked, and there was also beautiful gift baskets from the hosts filled with wine, pasta, and local olive oil when we arrived! The outdoor space was amazing; beautiful flowers everywhere, patio furniture on all the terraces, a lemon grove with a dining table in it, a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and a room filled with towels, and toys for kids!! A housekeeping team! Everything you could need to entertain a big group was there. The property manager, Daniella, was absolutely amazing. She is so kind and hospitable, and her generosity and help made our trip so easy and enjoyable. She was there when we arrived to give us a tour and answer all our questions. She gave us numbers for local taxi services and private drivers, and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was just always there if we needed help. My husband and I got married here too. We surprised some of our family with a little wedding ceremony on one of the porches. It was beautiful. And Daniella had wine and a bouquet of flowers waiting for us that morning. We had such an incredible time here. We are so grateful for this experience. Thank you Daniella!! ##### Russell H. The property manager, Daniela, was superb at communicating with us and responded rapidly to every need. She stocked the villa with food and drinks prior and accommodated every request. The villa comfortably fit all 20 of us and offered every amenity including pool, hot tub, and ping pong table. The grounds are beautiful with flowers, olive and lemon trees and a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean…simply paradise. American and Italian restaurants in close walking distance and there was even a local wine festival just out the front door. We honestly could not have had a better experience. ##### lori m. The layout was great for large groups, everyone had their own bathroom, bedroom and sitting/couch/kitchenette to themselves. We never heard each other, and the neighborbood is very quiet and you are surrounded by beautiful fruits trees and flowers of every color. The daily maid service was exceptional, evey comfort was provided. The pool and game area are fantastic, it is covered space so you can still be outside in rainy weather! Daniela was our manager, she is exceptional and always provides excellent service, no matter what our needs. Reservations, airport transfers, fantastic drivers that waited patiently while we searched for lost luggage, to a side stop to a grocery store to allow us to shop for our stay! Excellent restaurants are steps away from the villa, and the grocery store at the top of the stairs was a real treat! Pub America also highly recommended for its fun vibe and great food! Great location, bus just up the hill that will take you to Sorrento in 12 minutes. Could not have asked for more! We will be back! ##### Therese P. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Besides the incredible boat tours, dinner reservations, and the quick answers to questions, she was also 1000% there for us when my 2 year old put an olive up her nose and had to go to the hospital. Because of her, this was a funny story instead of a vacation ruining crisis. The view of at the property is fantastic. The layout is a little non-sensical, and was a little tough for the smallest kids because of the stairs. The small pool was great for the kids. I would also recommend renting a car if you stay there as it isn’t very walkable besides to Pub Americana and Borgo- which were welcoming and delightful. The owner left quite an array of food, coffee, etc. that lasted us the entire week. We even had everything to make ourselves our own Italian dinner one evening on the beautiful outside deck. All of the reviews I read talked about how great she was, and she did not disappoint! She was there when we checked in, showed us everything we needed to know about the house and even had a welcome basket waiting for our group of 14 people. She set up transportation for us when needed. Answered every message within minutes. Perfect and such a sweet woman. The house was beautiful, clean and had room for all of us. We used the kitchen on the last night and just hung out at the house. AND I can't forget to mention all of the lemon trees with huge lemons and olive trees all over the property. We enjoyed relaxing at the villa, the green areas and spacious outdoor areas are so peaceful. Sorrento city center is very close, about 10 minutes drive or less. Not only do you get a property capable of providing a large group (we had 13) with their own space AND own bathroom, but you also get Daniela the best VRBO host we've ever had. The home is quintessentially Italian and the view of the bay cannot be beat. We also loved the little pub across the street (ask for Luigi) and the restaurants up the hill. Daniela stole the show though. She went totally above and beyond in every way. We had a big group coming and she helped with groceries, restaurants, even helped us book boats for an epic Capri tour. Sia le camere che il grande salotto con l'angolo bar mi sono piaciuti molto, ma anche gli esterni sono molto belli e spaziosi. Carinissima la dependance con la zona piscina circondata dal verde. Ogni camera da letto ha il suo bagno che permette di avere la giusta privacy anche se si viaggia in gruppo, ma quello che mi ha fatto innamorare sono gli spazi esterni. La bella terrazza panoramica con vista sul Golfo di Napoli, l'immenso giardino di limoni e la spaziosa zona piscina/solarium (tutto nuovissimo) rendono la villa il posto perfetto per una vacanza rilassante. Il centro di Sorrento è a circa 5 chilometri per cui la villa è vicina abbastanza al centro ma lontana dal caos e dal rumore del traffico cittadino. Si sente solo qualche rintocco del campanile della chiesa che non ho trovato per nulla fastidioso, anzi tutt'altro. Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo il prima possibile! Grazie ##### Lucio C.
