The apartment features two double bedrooms, one of which grants access to the balcony, and a double sofa bedroom, as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. These rooms provide modern comforts and are adorned with vibrant custom-designed tile floorings that create a cohesive and captivating aesthetic throughout the space, infusing each area with distinctive character. Parking is available along the street or in the square nearby the property.

Indoors: Casa Nenni is spread over one floor, featuring a spacious living and dining area adorned with contemporary furnishings, along with an open-space kitchen that seamlessly combines style and functionality. A hallway leads to two double bedrooms decorated with custom-designed tile floorings, one of which grants access to the balcony boasting lounging furniture and stunning sea views, as well as two bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub. Furthermore, the hallway leads to a double sofa bedroom with views of the olive groves and the hillside.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Nestled in Priora, Casa Nenni offers an ideal retreat surrounded by the hillsides and Mediterranean Sea views. This property provides a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is 13 kilometers away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is easily accessible from Nastro Verde, located approximately 19 kilometers to the southwest. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 13 kilometers away.

Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.  
  
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE  
  
Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm.   
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee.   
Check-out time is 10 am.   
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.
