This 4-room villa spans over 210 square meters and is spread across two levels. It has been fully renovated in 2022 and features modern and tasteful furnishings throughout. The main level includes an open living room with a window overlooking the courtyard, leading out to the garden and terrace. There is a large, open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on the main level. The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms, with two of them offering access to balconies. One of the double bedrooms includes an en-suite shower and toilet. There is also a separate shower room with a hydro massage shower on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is equipped with gas heating and air conditioning for your comfort during your vacation. It features multiple outdoor spaces, including a balcony and two large terraces, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs (4 in total). These spaces offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the nearby river. For families with young children, the villa provides a children's high chair and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds.
