On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a bright, air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi, as well as a master suite with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Washing machine. Separate toilet.  
Upstairs (15 steps), you'll find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be pushed together, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.  
Baby equipment available upon request: crib, high chair, and changing mat.  
For your relaxation, you'll appreciate the terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, two deckchairs, and a plancha grill. End-of-stay cleaning: €125\. Sheets/single bed/change: €10\. and if you wish to show you around their farm "La ferme Andrévias". You can find all their good products at the shop just 2.5 km from the cottage. (Geese breeding, cereals produced on the farm and walnut orchard.).
