« Nous devions rester 3 nuits. Suite à un imprévu, nous sommes restés 3 jours de plus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Un taxi est toujours présent à l'entrée de l'hôtel pour se promener. Nous avons pu aussi garer notre véhicule loué devant l'entrée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipés. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité, ainsi qu'une station de téléphérique. »

« Hôtel très propre et très bien situé. Personnel très attentionné et aidant. Ayant été malade durant mon séjour ils m'ont beaucoup aidé et permis de rester au delà des heures de check out pour pouvoir me reposer et m'ont offert du thé régulièrement afin que je puisse me réhydrater. Confort moderne et établissement bien entretenu. Tout fonctionne très bien et il y a même de l'eau chaude. »

« Par rapport au standing bolivien, cet hôtel est vraiment bien. Certes, il se pourrait qu'il puisse faire froid en hiver car pas de climatisation; certes la douche met du temps à chauffer mais au final il répond très bien aux besoins par rapport à son prix. Les lits sont très confortable, les chambres spacieuses et silencieuses, certaines chambres arrivent même à avoir le wi-fi... De plus, le personnel est vraiment amical et à l'écoute! Petit bémol pourrait être le petit déjeuner qui est assez...

"Nous devions rester 3 nuits. Suite à un imprévu, nous sommes restés 3 jours de plus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Un taxi est toujours présent à l'entrée de l'hôtel pour se promener. Nous avons pu aussi garer notre véhicule loué devant l'entrée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipés. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité, ainsi qu'une station de téléphérique. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which is outdated and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms at 1:30 a.m. because the bed had clearly not been cleaned — there were blood stains on the sheets, along with long strands of women’s hair, which clearly shows a total lack of hygiene. The rooms are extremely basic, with no comfort at all, and it was freezing cold inside: there’s no heating system. The view was directly onto a wall, which didn’t help the atmosphere either. The worst part was the staff’s behavior. After asking about the exchange rate at reception, I was offered a very poor rate. A few hours later, around 2 a.m., one of the staff members came to my room to renegotiate — a highly inappropriate situation that I would describe as borderline harassment. Another serious issue: the rooms are not cleaned during the stay and towels are not replaced. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel. The only positive point: the location, which is convenient."
