Beautiful residence "Ermitage", 3 storeys. In the centre of la ville, 1.5 km from the sea, 200 m from the lake, 1.5 km from the beach. Public parking 10 m extra. Restaurant, bar 30 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Please note: suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. There is a kinesio therapy, a dentist and a veterinary practise on the ground floor.  
2-room apartment 37 m2, on the ground floor, east facing position. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC.
