It’s only about 25 minutes from the Oakville area and where the great vineyards are at. We took a girls trip but this property can easily accommodate five couples comfortably. We were looking to book a first adventure since welcoming our new baby with my parents, and this result came up! We are so lucky. Everything was exactly as advertised: large property, beautifully decorated, wonderful kitchen, AMAZING pool and hot tub, and located \~3 miles from Sonoma square with tons of incredible restaurants and wineries/ tasting rooms. The check in took our collective breath away. We spent almost an hour exploring the property. We had to pull ourselves away to leave and explore Sonoma every time because we were so happy there. And on top of it all, Amber was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host. Can't recommend highly enough. The kids looked forward to checking for eggs in the chicken coop each day. They also lived in the pool and game room. I don't even think we watched any TV. I highly recommend planning your next stay in Sonoma at Broadway Farmhouse! I planned a special get away with my children and grandchildren and the space was perfect. Kids were entertained in the super fun game room, the pool was luxurious the work out room fantastic ! We utilized all of the beautiful outdoor dining spaces. Amber’s communication was second to none. The property exceeded my expectations. Every aspect of this property from architecture to furnishings is outstanding and everything you could possibly think of was provided. Sep 9, 2024 #### The perfect mom and kids getaway All year my girlfriends and I have been talking about a mom and kid getaway for the summer! We finally made it happen and the Broadway Farmhouse was too good! We want to make it a yearly trip. I loved how everything was so thoroughly thought out. There were toddler utensils and plates, toys, a full sandbox with toys, crafts, pack n play and even an infant entertainment saucer. My 2yo enjoyed walking out to the chicken coop to find eggs and watering the sunflowers. Our older kids had a blast swinging on the rope and at night they sat around the fire pit and told silly stories. Everything about the farmhouse was peaceful and relaxing. Who knew I could drive an hour from home and find peace and calmness in a packed house. Our kids can’t wait to go back and make memories with their friends again! It is furnished tastefully and immaculate throughout. The beds were very comfortable and every detail had been considered. The game room is amazing, the pool is lovely, yoga room a huge plus and so many places outside and inside to gather. We enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit, bbq dinner under the stars and fresh eggs from the chickens in the morning. There were beautiful birds all around, roses overflowing in the garden, fresh fruit on the trees and the sound of frogs at dusk. We are city folks so this slice of nature was heavenly. Our family had a glorious stay at the Farmhouse. The property was a dream; we were so sad to leave! Amber and Karen were such gracious hosts - they welcomed us with a basket full of local treats and some beautiful wines to enjoy. They were attentive, available, and answered all of our questions. The home is clean, cozy and pristine. Between the main house, the cottage, and the pool house, we had plenty of space for our large group of grandparents, kids, and cousins. The pool is a glorious oasis, and my daughter was THRILLED to wake up each morning and check the chicken coop for fresh eggs (which were delicious). The rose garden and outdoor kitchen area are stunning. I would recommend this property with great enthusiasm and zero hesitation. We had a wonderful stay at the Broadway Farmhouse (6 days/nights) celebrating a milestone birthday. It’s a perfect location; and a gem of a property. Fully stocked with everything you could think of. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you could dream of. Spectacular pool and hot tub. Lovely grass area, basketball court and sand box for the kids. The game room was a hit with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey and much more. There is an outside wood table that seated all of us, and a fire pit to end the perfect night. It is secluded and gated to provide complete privacy. We had a truly memorable vacation. Amber was super easy to work with and was very responsive to our inquiries prior to check in. 5 Stars… for sure!
