This Newly Remolded, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bath (including Jacuzzi Tub In Master Bath) Sleeps 8 + 2\. The Home Is Furnished With Deluxe Finishes Not Typically Found In Rentals. For Example The Kitchen Is Stocked With Higher End Amenities E.g. J.A. Henckles Knives, Designer Flat Ware, Quality Wine Glasses And Dish Sets. This Home Has A Private Back Yard With A Pool, Hot Tub, Bocce Ball Court (recreation Size I.e. Smaller Than Official Competition Size But There Is A Bar Rail To Place Your Drinks As You Bowl). Unlike Other Rentals We Don't Throw Out All The Condiments, Tea, Coffee, Baking Goods etc. That Get Left Behind, We Welcome Our Guests To Use The Supplies Onsite. There Are 4 Bedrooms Upstairs and 2 bathrooms 1 A Master Suite. The Master Bath Has A Jacuzzi Tub, Separate Shower And Toilet Room. 2,3&4 All have queen size beds. The 2nd bathroom is at the end of the hall. There Is A Fifth Sleeping Space With Custom Barn Doors On The Main Floor With A Chaisse Lounge That Converts to a Full Bed. There is a Half Bath On The Main Floor. Our Private Backyard With Grill, Patio Set Seats 12, Seating Area, Bocce Ball Court (recreational Size), Pool And 6 Person Hot Tub. The Living Room Has Two Couches A 55” Flat Screen With Surround Sound. The Speakers Are Blue Tooth Enable To Play Your Music Or You Can Simply Plug Your Music Player (e.g. I phone, I pod, Android) Into The Audio Jack. The Home Has A Party Sized Propane Gas Grill With 6 Elements And A Side Burner. We are located .5 to the East of Sonoma Golf Course and .5 miles to the West of The Fairmont Hotel. Within 15 minutes there are more wineries and Outstanding Restaurants than one could visit in a month. The Home Is Located In A Residential Area In The Heart Of Sonoma Valley. It is much more quite than a major city neighborhood (compared to SF or NYC) but it is in a residential neighborhood with street traffic (please see the map) and set expectations accordingly. The proximity to amazing restaurants, wineries, and shopping was fantastic and the neighborhood quiet. The hosts set up every room to be comfortable, with multiple quilts, lots of pillows, plenty of towels, and two robes for every bedroom. We used every bed in the house, and everyone reported a great sleep. We stayed during a cooler, rainy time, so we were unable to use the 2 outdoor sitting areas (front & back of the house) because the cushions were wet, pool not heated. We did use the hot tub every night which was heated to 100 degrees which was lovely and has us hanging out there for a long time every night. Two notes for those who are renting: - coffee maker is a trad coffee maker using ground coffee (we brought pods - shoulda asked) - pull out in main bedroom does not have a mattress in it. We were almost 7 adult women (none couples) and would have been stuck for 1 more bed… thankfully one cancelled. We had everything we needed and would love to visit again! ##### Lori P. Its in a great central location and the house is outfitted for a group. The pool and hot tub were amazing and was so pleasantly surprised that each room was stocked with 2 bathrobes. The kitchen was well stocked too. Would definitely stay again! ##### Julia R. The backyard has amazing yard games, pool and hot tub. The hot tub broke down the day before our trip, and jac and Lisa got a new hot tub out for us the next day so we didn’t have to miss out on that! They were very helpful! Only thing to make note of so you guys (jac and Lisa) are aware is the upstairs bedrooms (facing the front of the house) has a good amount of ants. I think they come from the front porch and through those rooms with doors! Small ants so didn’t bother us but just to be aware probably need to spray exterior! ##### Shanlie A. The hosts were quick to answer questions and even accommodated an early check in. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool since we came during winter, but we did enjoy the hot tub! Everything most people might want under one roof. Best time to visit would be in warm weather when you can laze by and in the pool. We enjoyed the hot tub and petanque setup.
