Both bedrooms have a washbasin, shower and WC are separate. The flat is not self-contained due to the shared staircase to the 2nd floor, but your privacy is guaranteed. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains The holiday home is not far from the centre of Sonntag, in the Großes Walsertal biosphere park. Moreover, it is a short distance from Damüls and Faschina, right on the Faschinastrasse. You can easily reach the nearby Sonntag-Stein ski lift on foot (100 metres). In summer, the house is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks, and in winter the ski bus takes you to the nearby ski areas of Faschina and Damüls for free. You can also ski from the house to the Sonntag-Stein ski lift, which is just 200 metres away. In der Küche ist alles in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls inklusive. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und immer ansprechbar, da sie ebenfalls im Haus wohnt. Das Gebäude hat ein offenes Treppenhaus. Die einzelnen Zimmer können jedoch über ein Standard-Türschloss abgeschlossen werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, gibt gute Tipps. Am ersten Abend haben wir eine Flasche Wein und Knabbereien bekommen. Die Vermieterin hat uns sogar die Gästekarte von der Touristinformation abgeholt. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt und eine Bank, diese können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Es war ein rund um gelungener Urlaub. ##### Benjamin E.
