It’s a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. The receptionist (Ms Duyen) was very kind and willing to go extra mile to help. I definitely will stay again at this hotel when I return to Quang Ngai.

I have stayed in many hotels and apartments in Vietnam and this one is among the best plus a great value at the price. One nice feature is that it is not on a busy street but on a quiet one with a park nearby. The room was spotless, the shower wonderful, the room spacious, and very well maintained.

Off the beaten track, so you need to rent a motorcycle or use GrabCar to get around. A real deal for the price. Complimentary breakfast was quite good.

It was way over my expectation . The staff ( Duyen )was very professional , very courteous and the service was terrific. The photos shown on the website did not reflect the hotel as it should be . Definitely I would recommend this hotel .

We had a nice stay at the NEWCC hotel. It is modern and clean. The two rooms we had were well appointed and they were spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was the best - it seemed to be in a park, away from the crowded and noisy streets. And there were matured trees and flowers around. Thank you

I would have given it a 4-5 stars if the staff didn’t extort 200,000d for an old laundry bag that I used for my dirty clothes. Can’t believe that they charge 200,000đ for an old laundry bag, lol. It is ridiculous that a 4 star hotel will charge for a laundry bag.
