« Cette Hôtel est vraiment une petite pépite ! Très bien situé à quelques rues du centre, dans un endroit calme avec un parking à disposition. Le personnel est vraiment excellent et très agréable ! « This is a nice hotel and a great part of Chiang Mai. An easy walk to the Maya Mall and the occasional night market. The room was nice. The bed was soft enough to be comfortable, but not quite as nice as a Marriott perhaps. There were many choices for breakfast to suit just about any taste and it was good. « Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Très bien situé. En plein cœur du Night bazar. Très pratique pour sortir le soir. L’hôtel est confortable et très beau. Le petit déjeuner est complet. La sécurité est assuré la nuit par un garde. Le personnel est professionnel. La chambre est spacieuse et il y a tout ce dont il est nécessaire. Il y a même un rooftop pour boire un verre et jouer au billard, une piscine et des équipement sportif. Nous ne pouvons que recommander et remercier pour notre séjour....

"L’expérience a été contrastée dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés tôt (7:00) nous n’espérions pas que la chambre soit prête. Elle l’était mais pour l’avoir de suite il fallait payer un early check in d’environ 50€. Je comprends cette politique dans des grosses chaînes d’hôtel mais pas ici. Située au rdc, notre chambre (2107) était de la taille annoncée, bien décorée et très propre. Par contre ultra sombre, la photo prise en pleine journée donne un aperçu. Ça mériterai d’être indiqué sur la description de la chambre. Plutôt bruyante le matin tôt car mitoyen avec un autre hôtel ou commerce mais calme le soir. Le service de chambre a été formidable lors de nos trois nuits ainsi que l’extrême gentillesse des personnes à la réception. Par contre le staff du petit déjeuner est très décevant Passe leur temps à discuter ensemble plutôt que débarrasser les assiettes qui s’entassent sur la table. Le second matin nous sommes arrivés à 10h, on a eu clairement eu l’impression de déranger alors que la fin du breakfast est à 10h30. Au vu du staff et la qualité du petit déjeuner en lui même, nous avons décider de déjeuner ailleurs alors que c’était inclus dans la prix de la chambre. Si nous revenons à Chiang mai, ça ne sera probablement pas dans cette hôtel. "

"Cet hotel n’est pas un 5 étoiles. En premier la chambre, spacieuse verte et jolie, mais trop de défauts, la lunette des toilettes qui ne tient pas en place, les lampes de chevet sont tordues, le matelas un peu trop dur. Deuxièmement le petit déjeuner, de mauvaise qualité, le même choix tous les jours, les viennoiseries molles, les croissants rassis et immangeable, les fruits trop vert n’ont aucun goût. Et les produits ne sont de bonne qualité. Le hall est très beau mais sombre, les grands lustres baroques toujours éteints. La piscine est gelée, il n’y a d’ailleurs jamais personne. L’hôtel paraît désert . L’emplacement à environ 900 mètres à pied environ une vingtaine de minutes. Un bon 4 étoiles mais pas un 5."

"Hôtel de classe…trop de monde au petit déjeuner à notre goût !..personnel pas très aimable à la piscine, dommage car la réception de l’ hôtel hyper accueillant!"
