Enjoy an outdoor deck and firepit, perfect for creating memories. This home also features a well-equipped open-space kitchen, an enclosed private porch with a hot tub, a game room with a large bar called Carl's, multiple smart TVs, and two fireplaces. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the community pool. It's minutes away from nearby golf courses and downhill skiing is just a shuttle away. This spacious six-bedroom, 4.5-bath single-family home in the Stonewood neighborhood on Hidden Valley Resort is ideal for a retreat or reunion. This recently renovated home features an open concept with a well-equipped kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open concept allows guests to gather for a meal or relax by the gas fireplace and watch a movie. Guests can also gather in the game room, which tends to be the heart of this home. The game room features a large bar area with two flat-screen TVs ideal for watching multiple sporting events at the same time or syncing the TVs so that no matter where you are in the room, you have the perfect view. Adjacent to the game room is an additional gaming area with a ping pong table, dart board, and other activities for guests to enjoy. The expansive deck at the rear of the home provides ample outdoor entertainment overlooking a large fire pit in the backyard, perfect for gathering and roasting a marshmallow after a day of mountain fun. The outdoor entertaining space also features a screened-in porch with a 7-person hot tub ideal for a soak after a long day of hiking or skiing (cleaning fee). Carl’s Skis and Tees Retreat is the perfect place for multiple families featuring two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two additional bedrooms with a queen and king bed, respectively, that share a bathroom. On the second floor, Carl’s features a large custom bunk room with four built-in queen-size beds and a sofa sleeper. The second floor also features a bedroom with two twin beds and a large full bathroom. Guests at Carl’s will have access to amenities the Hidden Valley Homeowners Association provides, including the South Ridge Center pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce courts, an exercise trail, and more. Enjoy hiking and mountain biking on the resort property, or venture to any of the state parks or forests within a few minutes of this home. Located on Hidden Valley Property during the winter months, guests have easy access to the ski slope at Hidden Valley Resort. A complimentary shuttle service can transport you on the weekends to and from the slopes. In addition, Seven Spring Mountain Resort is a short drive and increases the terrain for guests. The house is huge and had plenty of space for all us. The pool was great at the community area and had lots of toys and noodles for anyone’s use. The kids loved the hot tub and even when it rained we were able to use it because it is under a covered screened in porch. The house had plenty of towels and was very well stocked in the kitchen with everything you could need. They even had a spice cabinet with lots of commonly used spices. They had lots of games, puzzles, and movies and even a cabinet with craft supplies. The kids and adults really enjoyed the ping pong table. Amanda thought of everything to make it a fun place for all ages of kids. Upon arrival the house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The house design was great for a large group - it was welcoming, extremely clean, and super comfortable. From the game room, to bar, to kitchen - everything was well apportioned for entertaining every age group. We spent a late winter weekend with an extended family group of 9 adults and 5 children and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. When we weren’t enjoying everything the house had to offer, the location was convenient for skiing at Hidden Valley or sneaking away to Seven Springs for activities and lunch. Amanda was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back to Carl’s for our next Hidden Valley trip! ##### Joseph C. Our family came up to the Laural Mts for a Memorial for our Mother & Father. We use to have a cabin up here and it's where we spent every weekend growing up in the summer. Carl's Skis & Tees had beautiful decor, bar area for sport watchers, ping pong, bedrooms galore, a firepit area, barbecue on the deck, and we spent every evening in the hot tub.
