The LuxuSölk is a modern 2-family house that has been renovated in 2023, located 300 meters from the center of Stein an der Enns and in the countryside. It offers a shared garden with furniture, a barbecue area, and a children's playground. Additionally, it features a sauna, hot tub (extra charge), relaxation room, spa area (extra charge), and a storage room for skis. Parking is available on the premises for 2 cars, and there is an EV charging station. This holiday rental comes equipped with amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, parking, an EV charging station, and an installment plan option.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a fenced garden area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors with garden furniture and a barbecue setup. Children can have fun in the designated playground on the premises. Nearby, you'll find an outdoor swimming pool just 5 km away and a bathing lake called "Aich" at a distance of 10 km.

You will be staying in a 6-room house that spans across three levels and measures 170 square meters. The comfortable furnishings include a living/sleeping room with a double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV with a digital TV and flat screen. This room leads to a terrace. There is also a room with a sofabed and a double bed. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and free Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a room without a window but with a sofabed, a shower/WC, satellite TV, and international TV channels on a flat screen. There is also a small kitchenette with an electric coffee machine. The upper floor features another living/sleeping room with a double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, and international TV channels on a flat screen. This room has access to a balcony. There is a room with a sofabed and a double bed, as well as another room with two beds. The upper floor also has an open kitchen similar to the one on the main level, complete with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and free Nespresso capsules. There is also a shower and a separate WC on this level.
