There were just a few things that knocked it from excellent to good. The location is excellent and the property and unit were both very clean. Concerning the unit, it was a bit dated, the refrigerator was loud, the bed was squeaky and it’s a little thing, but they didn’t have a vegetable peeler. Concerning the management, they were a great help accessing the property, very responsive. However, there was no flexibility when we wanted to leave our car parked in the garage on the day we checked out. I understand the need for us to be out of the unit by 10 am, but if new people can’t check in until 4pm, why couldn’t we leave the car there, enjoy a little skiing on our last day, and be able to pack up our ski tube in the garage? ##### Sarah W W.
