L' immobile confina al limite della statale (la strada principale che collega la Corsica). La strada è molto trafficata ed è molto rumoroso sia di giorno che di notte. La parte dedicata alla zona per mangiare fuori è davvero al limite della strada. Inoltre per raggiungere la spiaggia bisogna attraversare questa strada senza la presenza né di strisce pedonali né di semaforo.
