We ended up having dinner at the house almost every night, which is highly unusual for us. The furnishings, appliances, all amenities are first class. The yard gave the kids in our group - ages 2-9 - the perfect place to do cartwheels and their dance routines. Seating for 10 around the table, eight stools around a magnificent island. After a short walk down the street, turn right for the beach or left for restaurants and shops. Ideal location. There was room for all the kids downstairs, the grandparents on the main floor and the parents upstairs. We spent most of our mornings and evenings in the backyard around the fireplace or sitting in the jacuzzi. The upstairs balcony was a great place for breakfast and coffee. The beach was a short walk away. The kids loved the boogie boards and the grownups loved the beach chairs. We visited with a group of friends and three toddlers - the house was great and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed many meals in the spacious dining area. The kids loved the backyard, and the hot tub was a favorite for everyone. The garage was well-equipped for trips to the beach and had toys, towels, and a wagon. The layout worked well for three families as well. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were very soft, and some had noticeable indentations in the middle; otherwise, everything was perfect. The management was incredibly responsive and helpful. The house has almost everything you could want. Back garden is charming and the location is excellent. 2 blocks to the beach and to several restaurants. My only complaint would be that rhe master bedroom lacks warmth and needs a rug desperately. It's very cold and noisy. The beds could be upgraded and the blinds upstairs need to be blackout. The sun comes shining in. Owner needs to park his tesla a bit straighter as we could not drive into the garage.
