The room was very nice and had a very good proximity to the ocean and the view was better than advertised. There is one bedroom that has a three-story drop when the window is open and is guarded by a very flexible plexiglass rod. Not recommending a stay with very small children as they can move chairs and get to the screen or go under the rod and possibly drop to the ground. We kept that room locked. ##### Matt R. The views from both bedrooms and the living room were gorgeous. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe, with interesting and engaging facets (ex. art/design district nearby). Grocery and drug stores are also nearby, as are several restaurants with a variety of cuisines. If you havent visited Solana Beach before I highly recommend. This property is the perfect mix of close beach access and walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Check in process was smooth and great communication. There was even a video of how to find our parking spot! I'm not sure how else we would have found it. Cozy beds. Sunset views. Well appointed. Erik went out of his way to communicate and offer alternative parking for our large vehicle filled with our daughter’s college belongings. The beach is clean and beautiful.
