Fuyez! Notre séjour a été très désagréable ! En arrivant nous avons du attendre 15min, la jeune fille n'était pas impolie (parle anglais) mais a vite expédié le check in (ne nous a pas proposé de carte de la ville, ne nous a pas accompagné jusqu'à l'appart, ne nous a même pas indiqué l'ascenseur). L'appartement était vraiment sale : poils et cheveux par terre, sur les oreillers, sur les draps, frigo dégoûtant, de la vaisselle des anciens locataires encore en train de sécher, grosse tâche de moisissure au dessus de la clim... En depliant nos serviettes, nous avons vu que l'une d'elles était tachée! Nous en avons demandé 2 nouvelles, propres, on a du insister pour en avoir au moins une car la jeune fille disait que ce n'était pas possible! La nuit, nous nous rendons compte que les draps sont beaucoup trop petits et dans la nuit on se retrouve à dormir directement sur le matelas! Le lendemain matin nous réexpliquons le problème des serviettes et des draps à la fille, qui nous dit que ce sera réglé pour 14h. Le soir, on se rend compte que le tapis de bain avait disparu (ce qui est dommage car la douche met de l'eau partout par terre) et le problème de drap est différent : un drap double mais toujours trop petits et un 2ème drap taché! On redemande un drap propre, on nous dit que ce n'est pas possible !!! Aucune photo ne correspondait à l'appartement loué (n°12), pas de micro onde, pas de table de chevet, terrasse petite,sale et encombrée de la clim. Personnel incompétent.

Déjà quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel il été pas l'heure, il nous on gardé gentiment nos bagages en consigne et nous partis nous balader . Hotel sympa apparemment très grand avec cuisine salon etc.... Un bon séjour.

Chambre très propre et bien équipée, personnel très accueillant mais le wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien et le parking n’est pas situé proche de l’hôtel et est payant.

We stayed in the family two bedroom suite. Cleanliness was poor, filthy under the sofa, no one cleaning into the corners etc. All the cookware was dirty, stains on sofa, bed linen far too small for the beds. My daughter had an accident and whilst the receptionist was great getting us an ambulance, the property had no first aid kit, which is poor.

매우 빈약합니다
호텔은 전체적으로 깨끗한 인상이었으나 청소상태 불결하고 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 옆방 소리가 다 들립니다. 슬리퍼가 있다고 표시되어있는데 없었어요. 청소를 매일 해주지 않고 신청해야 하는데 카운터에 얘기해도 해주지 않아서 6일동안 방청소 서비스를 못받았습니다. 샴푸나 비누도 작은 것 하나만 주어서 불편했어요. 음식조리도구도 빈약합니다. 배수구가 계속 막힙니다. 여러모로 불편했어요. 시내와의 거리는 좋습니다. 관광 목적으로 잠시 오가기엔 괜찮습니다.

Questa struttura è magnifica per quanto abbiamo. Abbiamo preso la stanza grande con cucina ed era fantastica, attrezzata con tutto quello che ci serviva. Supermercato Lidl a 5 minuti a piedi. Due fermate autobus per due diversi autobus a 3 minuti a piedi. Fermata metro a 10 minuti a piedi. Fermata tram a 10 minuti a piedi. Il centro lo si può raggiungere o a piedi a 15 minuti o con i mezzi come abbiamo fatto noi. L’aeroporto sta a circa 40 minuti e abbiamo preso la metro e un bus. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel

This place is decent.
This is a good property. Good check in experience. I get the impression that alot of people who go to this property want "the moon on a stick". If you want value, cleanliness, quiet, and adequate facilities. This is fine.

The apartment is nice and spacious. There is a kitchen, but it is not well equiped, so cooking is not an option. The wifi does not work in the room - that wasn‘t a problem for us, since it worked in the lobby. The area around the apartment is fantastic, grocery stores and public transportation are really close by. And the center with all the historical sights is just a few walking minutes away.

Worst part is that the hotel is not where it is shown on Hotels.com map. Don't know who thinks it a good idea to lie to guests, but the hotel is a 20 minute walk from where it is shown. OTHER than that, it is a very large room and the staff is attentive (only on site 10:00-22:00). The area is a bit run down, but there are stores, restaurants and bars. Taxis are cheap, so you could grab a cab with what you're saving on the room. Kitchen is minimal, but poor equipped (non-stick pan was unusable).

Communication with the staff was super easy. They were really helpful in accommodating my late arrival. The property was definitely clean, but very tired. After a long travel day, was annoyed that the beds didn’t have the bedding already on (they were folded and clean on the bed). Also, the keys to the rooms are very old school and difficult to use. OK value for money, clean and safe but definitely tired.

Great location, dirty apartment
I went for the deluxe option hoping to get a king size bed. There were two single beds put together. The place is in a quiet street. It is quiet overnight. Staff are friendly. The kitchen could do with a couple of wine glasses and a tea towel. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, as if nobody had been there for some time. There is no housekeeping service, despite what they advertise. I put the sign "please do my room" out twice and nothing was done. The rubbish just piled up while I was stayed in the apartment. They say there is a safe in the room. That's not true. The kitchen knife can hardly cut butter. The layout is great though. Spacious living room and dining area with an open plan kitchen. The air conditioning in the living room was great.There were items in the fridge and small freezer left by the previous guest. The one in the bedroom did not work. It made all the noises but it didn't do much and I tried all configurations in the remote. I would only stay at this property again if I could not find anything else.

Good base if you like walking
Overall a great place. Comfortable and clean, spacious and great price. The decor is nice to look at and functional, but cheap quality. The bed was soft and seemed like it had been used for a long time, and the sheet provided didn’t cover the mattress (couldn’t be tucked in on either side so came loose overnight, so you’re sleeping directly on the mattress). The walls were also very thin; not to the extent of being able to hear conversations but enough to be woken up by if you have noisy neighbours. The location is good and there are some cool places in the neighbourhood. It is less than a 20min walk to the city centre or (in the opposite direction) the central train/bus station; but I am a quick walker. It’s not very near public transport, about 15mins to nearest metro. I saw trams, trolleys and buses nearer but Sofia is a very walkable city so I didn’t use any public transport except to get to the airport. Serdika station (the nearest one) will take you to/from the airport (terminal 2 only; there is a free shuttle between terminals).
