I arrived to building with the instructions from the host. Upon entering code, the box did not opened. This was about 10 pm. I called the host's number, no answer. I emailed 3x, no response. I contacted Expedia whom gave me a number for the company. I spoke to 3 different agents, all of whom told me they would transfer me but the call got disconnected. First time in a foreign country, I pull my bags across the street to a bar where I access wifi to make the calls. I stayed on the phone, outside (unsafe) until 2:30am, tired and cold only for the agents telling me hopefully in 48 hours I would get a response. My card was charged instantaneously when I booked, and now I am reaching out to let them know of my situation, no one cared. I enquired about what I should do for the night, given it was already soon 3am. The company said that I can check into a hotel for €80 and they would refund me. I immediately found the closest hotel and checked it. Sent my hotel receipt then the company said I needed to show banking info, when the receipt showed I paid cash. Still without refund. DO NOT STAY! The check in info is incorrect and misleading.
