The area near the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia, Bulgaria is a vibrant and bustling center of cultural activity. Public transportation: Sofia has a well-developed public transportation system, including a metro, trams, and buses. All of these modes of transportation are relatively inexpensive and easy to use. The NDK is served by the metro's M2 line and the tram's 10 line.
