### Cosy wooden house with hot tub in forest

Accommodation description:  
Cosy, playfully decorated house on a cosy forest park, perfect for a relaxing stay. The wooden finish and warm décor create a cosy ambience. The comfortable sitting area with wood-burning stove offers a lovely place to relax after a day in nature. The luxuriously equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. Outside, enjoy a lounge sofa in the spacious private garden, a delicious BBQ, and pure relaxation in the hot tub. A perfect combination of tranquillity and luxury!  
  
The house has 3 bedrooms and all beds are Auping for ultimate sleeping comfort.  
The kitchen is equipped with, among others, a Quooker and a Nespresso machine. Ground floor has underfloor heating and French doors all around. Bathroom is equipped with a rain shower. The garden is perfectly furnished with a nice garden set, a lounge sofa, a hot tub, a BBQ and, for the little ones, a trampoline to let off steam.  
  
Discover Central Netherlands: bustling cities, zoos, and Soesterberg Air Base. Relax in a lovely wellness centre Thermen Soesterberg, take forest and dune walks, or cycle through the beautiful surroundings. Hit a ball at golf club De Hoge Kleij. Perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy activities. A rich mix of urban excitement and natural splendour is waiting to be explored.In short, the ideal place to enjoy numerous activities or the fresh forest air and soothing sounds of nature  
  
On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 18:00 hours at this holiday home  
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine  
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home  
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
