The Peak - This very modern resort property in Sölden is ideally situated for direct access to the skiing area, just 30 meters away. You can enjoy amenities like a yard, internet WiFi, parking, EV charging station, and the option of an installment plan for your holiday rental. The property boasts convenient features such as a storage room for bicycles, a storage room for skis, a central heating system, a drying room, and a ski boot dryer.  
  
Outdoors:  
The property offers easy access to various outdoor activities. Walking paths are available directly from the house, and a cycle lane is just 30 meters away. The mountain railway and ski lift are situated 300 meters from the property, while the slopes are a mere 30 meters away. Additionally, ski rental and ski school services are conveniently located 300 meters from the resort.  
  
Other Information:  
The property provides several on-site services and nearby amenities. A bread roll service is available, and you'll find a shop, grocery store, restaurant, and bakery within 1.5 kilometers. The famous Aqua Dome thermal baths are just 10 kilometers away, and an indoor tennis center is located 1.5 kilometers from the resort. You'll also have access to the Ötztal Summer Premium Card, which includes a 10% discount at the Aqua Dome in Längenfeld.

The property is conveniently located near several popular attractions in the Sölden, Austria area. The Outdoor Park "Area 47" is 39 kilometers away, while the 007 Elements Sölden attraction is just 3 kilometers from the resort. The Aqua Dome thermal baths are 10 kilometers away, and the Stuibenfall (Wasserfall) waterfall is 25 kilometers from the property. The Ötzi Dorf Umhausen, a village dedicated to the famous Ötzi mummy, is also 25 kilometers away. Well-known ski regions like Sölden (30 meters) and Obergurgl (11 kilometers) are easily accessible, as are popular lakes such as Naturbadesee Umhausen (25 kilometers) and Piburger See (30 kilometers).

You will be staying in a 5-room chalet on 2 levels with an entrance hall, a room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, shower/WC, and satellite TV (flat screen). The large kitchen/living room has an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, dining nook, and satellite TV (flat screen) with an exit to the terrace. On the upper floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Additionally, there is a bath/shower/WC with a double hand-basin.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can enjoy the following amenities: a large terrace with terrace furniture and deck chairs, providing a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. The chalet also features a sauna, hair dryer, and Internet (WiFi, free). Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 1 pet/dog permitted. The infrared cabin and bath are located in the bathroom on the 1st floor, which can be accessed separately through a balcony.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet is equipped with smoke alarms for your safety. Please note that when there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. The maximum capacity of the chalet is 7 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
