"We had a fantastic comfortable stay for RIT graduation weekend with extended family members ranging from 3 years to 90 years old! There’s abundant comfortable seating in multiple areas to accommodate visiting and the grounds, sports barn, and pool provided every opportunity for activity for those who needed it. "Great location. Main street was within walking distance. We booked a fishing charter and needed a place close to the marina. We could have walked from the house. Would stay again!"

"this was the perfect site to stay at for a work group. we were able to split up into male/female apartments. parking was good at the house and readily available for overflow nearby. everything was clean and new looking. beds were super comfortable! The only negative was that the walls are pretty thin, so you hear everything above and beside your rooms and the neighbor was really loud with tv/radio some mornings/evenings. But overall, I give it 5 stars! "
