Perfectly located just minutes from boat ramps, countless hiking and mountain biking trails and situated conveniently between downtown Chattanooga and Dayton this beautiful home has been furnished and designed with comfort and style in mind.  
  
Spend your days at the lake and on the trails and enjoy your evenings in this stylish home.  
The space  
This two-bedroom house located in a quiet neighborhood offers a well-curated midcentury modern feel. The open floor plan provides a spacious living area with beautiful natural light throughout ideal for spending time together over meals and watching movies and shows from your favorite streaming services. The full kitchen offers all the necessities for cooking during your stay. The spacious main bedroom features a king bed along with two large closets to store all of your belongings and make you feel at home. Adjacent to the living room is the spacious second bedroom well-fitted with a queen bed and large closet. The bathroom is very spacious and features a shower and tub. Centrally located in the house are a washer and dryer should you need to wash clothes. End the day relaxing in the private backyard roasting marshmallows over a fire.

Property is easily accessed from a quiet road. Check in will be with a smart lock and has ample parking for your vehicles, boat and jet skis.  
Other things to note  
Surrounded by hiking trails, creeks, lakes, and rock climbing you're just minutes away from some of the most beautiful scenery Tennessee has to offer. Conveniently located, you will be two minutes to grocery stores and restaurants, and with Hwy 27 just one mile away you will be in downtown Chattanooga in just 15 minutes.
