"As nice as the owner and family are, I can't really recommend this place. Location is 2km out of town so you must have a car. Location is very quiet at night but in the hotel room you can hear water running from toilets etc in other rooms and people walking on the floor above. And I had some sort of tapping sound in my room early in the morning on the second night which made it hard to sleep. "If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. We had 3 rooms in my group and all the rooms were the same even when we changed rooms. In addition, most of the service staff were non-Japanese, they could not communicate well and did not appear to be well trained and quite rude. "1つの施設で5種類の泉質の温泉（温度調整目的での若干の加水はあるようですが、基本かけ流し）が1か所の大浴場で楽しめるというのは非常に魅力的です。チェックイン直後、夜、翌朝の3回楽しみました。お部屋はロビーからは最も近いけど浴場からは一番遠い南館でしたが、お部屋は非常にきれいで清潔で満足です。朝食のみ館内でいただきましたが、地元の食材を利用したメニューも多く、こちらも満足です。再訪したい場所です。"

"The location of this property directly in the lakefront was amazing and offered a beautiful view of the lake from the room. The facility is rather dated overall, but the room was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the stay. The parking lot was convenient and free. Another convenience was the hotel's location in front of the tour boat departure point. The only area of disappointment was that the building was very loud, and by 6am or so, we could hear all the activity around the building quite loudly, such as doors being opened and slammed shut. Perhaps this was because our room was in front of the pantry room (which I guessed was the kitchen?). Other than that, this was a good stay and a good value for the price."

"The room is a little dated but otherwise super clean and spacious. Another disappointment is thst the hotel only have shower in the onsen which many guests may like the experience but better if the hotel can consider shower room for people who wants privacy.
