Allows for a bit more privacy for multiple couples/families vacationing together and higher up on mtn away from the parking lots and hubbub of the village keeps it quiet. The Condo front desk is staffed til 10pm and very helpful for your needs. Main area has a small but functional kitchen. All appliances clean and in order. Washer/dryer came in handy if you pack light. Balcony has seating for 2, thou could accommodate more seating. Grill was very new! We vacationed in August heat and despite being on top floor and w no a/c or ceiling fans, it did not get too hot during the day. Overall a very nice stay! Thanks! ##### lisa d. Property was more than sufficient for 6 of us; kitchen was properly equipped, beds very comfy, and the living room was spacious to let 6 of us sit and enjoy the evenings! The property comes with one covered parking space. One thing I am not sure how it would work in the wintertime is the sloped street leading to it.
