luxurious ski-in/ski-out townhome nestled on the stunning Snowmass mountain.  
  
With direct access to Fanny Hill, Coney Express and the Elk Camp gondola, this  
  
property is a winter sports enthusiast's dream, offering unparalleled

This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence comfortably accommodates up to

#### Perfect ski location

Could not have been a better location for our group in terms of ski in / out - the main lift is 500 yards downhill outside the back door. Walking across the slope to the village or to the gondola into base village is very convenient. The condo itself has everything you could need including a sauna. Definitely recommend.
