Stay in style while enjoying premium access to the ski slopes, as well as hiking and biking trails. Accommodating up to 4 guests, Unit 17 is well-suited for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Located on the ground floor of the main lodge building, Timberline Condo Unit 117 is conveniently situated for enjoying mountainside activities. Not only does it offer premium mountain access, but this residence has also been thoughtfully decorated to create a comfortable home base. With neutral colors and clean lines, Unit 117 reflects a modern lifestyle. The comfortable gray foldout sofa doubles as an additional sleeping space for those traveling with family or friends. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the evening, catching a movie on the flat screen TV equipped with cable. The wood beam ceilings in this unit have been painted white, brightening the space. A natural wood shiplap focal wall and recessed lighting create a comfortable haven for settling into the queen bed for a good night's sleep. A raw-edge solid wood table doubles as either a workspace or a dining area. Get those last few emails sent out before hitting the slopes or enjoy an in-home meal prepared from the convenient kitchen. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. No AC so it’s very hot in the room with only one fan. No windows besides the sliding glass door so you can’t open any at night! Cleanliness could be improved, there were two ants in the bathroom and we found a used dirty disposable face mask within the dishes when we were about to use them, but otherwise felt very safe and clean. The patio is also not a private patio and a shared patio so if your neighbors are out on their patio there’s no wall or anything separating y’all for privacy so beware of that when booking! Also your view has some of the pool in it too, but the front desk is helpful if you want to ask about your specific view if you call Timberline. Shuttle service was great and very friendly staff. We used the grills too and they were great and had many fun amenities like fire pits, grills, pools & towels. ##### Kyra B.
