An open concept great room with a cozy fireplace and a private bedroom make this a great option for couples! Make yourself at home in this Snowmass condo, which has been nicely decorated in pleasant neutral tones. Sit down on the bench that is conveniently placed in the condo's entryway to take off boots and other gear upon arrival. An array of hooks helps keep coats and other gear organized and ready for the next adventure. The tile and carpeted great room have all been nicely done in neutral colors, keeping the area light and bright. Make yourself at home in the living area, where a couch and two easy chairs are ideally angled for conversations or gathering around for a game on the coffee table. Especially on winter evenings, the gas fireplace adds an additional warmth and ambiance to the great room. A mix of wood and brick textures in the living room add interest and a feeling of coziness to the space. Through the glass doors in the living room, a private patio awaits. Especially on warm-weather days, this is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Whether you're lounging on the couch or preparing a meal in the kitchen, it's easy to stay engaged in conversation within this open concept floorplan. The kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing meals, and includes full-sized white appliances, cookware, and tableware. Enjoy the convenience of breakfast on your own schedule, whether that means fueling up and getting an early start on the slopes or enjoying a leisurely start to the day. With everything needed for meal prep, it's easy to pop back into the condo during the day for meals or snacks as well. Enjoy a casual dining atmosphere at the kitchen island, where there's seating available for four. Comfort and privacy await in the bedroom, where a king bed offers a comfortable mattress and quality linens. An additional flatscreen TV is also located in the bedroom. The bathroom is located right across from the bedroom and offers a full tub with shower. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. We loved the car service timberline provides and was able to utilize this quite a bit as the property is further from the base village and even the mall area than we thought when we looked online. The condo works well for small families. We were disappointed to not find a washer/dryer in the unit - instead you have to take you stuff out in the cold to a laundry facility and get change, etc. This is the same trek you must take to go to the pool- which is a very cold walk. It’s nice to have a daily maid service to bring fresh towels etc- although they missed us a couple of days. This is a lower unit-The insulation between the upper and lower units may be lacking- or we may have just had some particularly noisy neighbors above us- I’m not sure. Overall this was a good property and we really loved the timberline bell staff and front office. Very very helpful and kind. ##### Catherine G.
