Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. The high mountain environment is the best. Our two challenges were the weather (really hot, even at 8,000 ft. ) and the lack of air conditioning. The other very demanding condition is the complete lack of any elevators or baggage carts. If you live at a lower elevation, it is going to be really hard to climb multiple flights of steep, narrow stairs, especially while carrying your luggage! ##### Eleanor C. Disappointed that we were not allowed a refund of some kind or voucher for on property use of equipment or food at restaurant.
