Thanks to its top floor location, you will enjoy scenic views over the surrounding terrain to the distant mountains beyond. While the primary bedroom is located on the condo's main level, additional guests will enjoy the loft tucked away in the second level that serves as an additional bedroom. A sofa sleeper in the living room means that this condo is well-suited for up to six guests, making it a great option for families or friends enjoying a mountain vacation together. Condo Features: 2 BR, 2 BA Accommodates up to 6 guests Primary: king bed 2nd Bedroom (Loft): 2 double beds, ensuite bathroom Living room with sofa sleeper, gas fireplace Full kitchen w/ island 3rd floor Balcony 830 SQ FT The entrance into this condo opens up into a spacious great room complete with elevated ceilings and a peaceful neutral color palette. The living room boasts multiple sofas and an easy chair, with plenty of room for your party of 6\. Earth toned bricks and a natural log mantle surround the gas fireplace, casting a cozy setting over the room. From the living room you can also enjoy views through the wall of glass doors to the mountains by day, and entertainment from the flatscreen TV by night. Enjoy a birds' eye view over the surrounding area from the private balcony of this third-floor unit. Get the restful night of sleep you desire from the main level bedroom, where you will find a comfortable king bed set in a rustic log frame. An additional flatscreen TV is located in the bedroom, as well as a spacious dresser for unpacking. The bathroom is located conveniently across the hall and features a tub and shower combination. A staircase accessed from the great room leads up to the loft, where you will find two double beds tucked away in a cozy sleeping nook. This bedroom boasts a full bathroom which includes a walk-in shower. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. The location of this condo was in walking distance to the upper Village where so many activities were available for adults and kids. The lower Village had a great kid friendly area as well which we took full advantage of. The kids also enjoyed the loft area and having two bathrooms was key.
