This unit is rated Standard Plus and offers two Queen beds and a sofa sleeper making it perfect for a small family or several singles. The fully equipped kitchen allows the added convenience of making an evening snack or full-on breakfast so you can hit the slopes fueled up and ready for an adventurous day on the mountain. In the evening enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace in the living area. Professionally managed on-site by a local Snowmass team. Offering the perfect location, Stonebridge Condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away. Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men's and women's spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms. Housekeeping service varies by season. Please call for specifics. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport as well around Snowmass Village is available during office hours. Our on-site Christy Sports Ski & Snowboard shop has rental equipment for all levels of skier & snowboarders. No worries if you didn't rent your equipment from Christy Sports, you can still store your skis or snowboard overnight and they will be waiting for you in the morning to click-in right from the shop and head down the mountain. Please note that pets and smoking of any kind are not permitted at Stonebridge Condominiums. One complimentary parking space per unit is provided. I reached out to the property manager and they explained the owner had removed it from the rental market for awhile because he was living there. The condo was fantastic and nicely updated. The kitchen, though small had everything we needed to make breakfast and is well stocked. The bathroom had little extra touches like sunscreen and lip balm- very thoughtful. We are looking forward to staying again in the winter to do some skiing. The community hot tub was a great size and a very short walk from the condo. ##### Wendy K.
