Upscale property throughout the complex, with seasonal heated pool and common 4 person hot tub...along with beautiful mountain views. We use ultra high quality beds, linens and towels (nice big ones), and it's completely and fully furnished with everything you'll need and more!

Free, password protected and FAST WiFi. 4 large flat screen TV's, including one in each bedroom, and one in the living room. Cable TV throughout. Roku in living room for access to your Netflix or Amazon. Nicely appointed loft with comfy seating and a desk. Fully stocked kitchen, with nice appliances, utensils, dinnerware, cups and glasses. Free washer and dryer. Easy and free parking (for two cars, with one space covered (winter)). Well stocked with games and puzzles. Ski rental discount. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the ski slopes via a free shuttle or free bus transportation. The bus stop is about 50 yards from the front door. Anderson Ranch Arts Center is a short 5 minute walk. The condo is on a Cross Country ski trail (rentals available) and a bike/hike trail.

Snowmass Villas (also known as the "blue roofs,") are located directly on Brush Creek, which runs outside, in the back yard. A large grocery is a 3 minute drive (or bus). Snowmass Village is a 4 minute drive (or bus). Aspen is a short 20 minute (11 miles) drive (or bus). Bus stop and free shuttle to all ski hills (about 5 minute ride to Snowmass) located directly in front of condo complex, as is free bus to Aspen or points down-valley.

This condo sits in the heart of the western slope of the Rockies, in the Elk Mountain range. It's a great central place from which to explore this gorgeous part of the Rockies and then unwind afterwards! It's a special place in a unique setting.

This property rents quickly during the winter and summer recreational seasons, as we like to keep our rates a bit lower than others to help introduce others to the beauty of the area.

COVID POLICY: We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your reservation, and 50% refund if you cancel at least 15 days prior. If Pitkin County or Snowmass Village has a policy in place where you must shelter at home, then we will also issue a full refund. If you must cancel within 15 days of your reservation due to Covid, we will make every attempt to rebook those days with another guest. If successful, we will refund you 100%.
