With two living rooms, a large upstairs office, a chef-ready kitchen with a cocktail bar, and a dining area that seats 12, it’s perfect for entertaining, holiday meals, or après-ski evenings. Step outside to expansive decks with a private hot tub, plenty of room for yoga or games, and stunning mountain views under the stars. On the main level, you’ll find a large mudroom to store your gear, a glassed-in living room with soaring ceilings and a cozy fireplace, an open kitchen with a pass-through serving window, and a seating and gaming area for family fun. A powder room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a bedroom with two twin beds, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet complete this floor. Upstairs, two luxurious master suites each feature a king bed, en-suite bath with double sinks, shower, soaking tub, and ample closet space. A lofted office and study with couches, a bar, mini-fridge, and private bath offers a quiet spot for remote work or relaxation. The lower level includes a second living room, ideal for kids or movie nights, plus two additional bedrooms—a queen with en-suite shower and a twin room with attached bath featuring tub and shower. An extra full bath throughout the home brings the total to seven, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all guests. Outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air on the expansive decks, perfect for dining, yoga, or games, and unwind in the private hot tub after a day of adventure. Please note that this home is not on the shuttle or bus route, and we encourage guests to rent a car or arrange chauffeur service (we can help) for convenience. Located just minutes from Snowmass Village Mall, Base Village, the Center, and Two Creeks Base Area, and only 12 miles from Aspen, this home provides easy access to all mountain activities with ample parking for your whole group. For transparency, the home is technically a 6-bedroom property, but one master suite is reserved for owner use only. Guests will have full access to the remaining five bedrooms and all other amenities. The house was HUGE (exceeded expectations upon arrival), perfect for a group of 12-14 folks traveling to Snowmass for a ski birthday. The house was note even a 5 minute drive to Snowmass Mountain/ Village. There is plenty to do at the house (full of board games, multiple TVs/living rooms, DVDs/VHSs, hot tub, scenic hiking), as well as in Snowmass (skiing, shopping, food, etc).There was more than enough space at the house, and the it was also well furnished with plenty of towels, utensils, cookware, etc. Our accommodation manager Skippy was also very friendly and communicative, making sure we felt taken care of the entire time there. The wifi worked excellently (we had 8 people working from home, and there were no issues with internet access or zoom meetings). The hot tub was also fantastic (almost too hot!), and fit 4-5 people comfortably. The one piece I will note is that it was somewhat difficult to cook, as the oven has no ventilation fan, and the grill was not working during the winter. We pivoted to eating out and take out (plenty of things around), so plan accordingly if planning to cook! Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this property. ##### Alexander L. Communication was very easy and the host left detailed instructions about everything. Our group was traveling from the east coast for our annual ski trip and our stay couldn’t have gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a large, comfortable and affordable accommodation which is also located about 5 minutes drive from the base of Snowmass. While it does take about 20-30 minutes to get into downtown Aspen, we had no trouble finding cabs or other transportation into town and everyone was friendly and willing to make the trip. ##### Konrad S. Vast amounts of space and decorated to the feel of the area. A two minute drive to Snomass Mtn and Village or a 25-30 min drive into downtown Aspen, the location is great. The hot tub was a wonderful addition outside. Lots of different rooms to enjoy and decompress. The house was stocked with firewood which was also a great highlight as we loved using the fireplace.
