Perfect for the skiing or snowboarding family, this unit is located right on the Fanny Hill ski slope. In fact, you can enjoy slope side views from the privacy of your balcony of this top floor unit. With its convenient location, it is easy to pop back in for a mid-day ski break and to fuel up in the full kitchen before heading back out. This family-friendly condo is ideal for your Snowmass ski vacation! Condo Features: 3 BR, 3 BA Accommodates up to 7 guests Primary: Queen bed, en suite bathroom 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed 3rd Bedroom (Loft): 2 twin beds, 1 double bed, en suite bathroom Living room w/ gas fireplace Balcony w/ partial view of Fanny Hill ski slope Full kitchen w/ island and 2 ovens Enjoy a traditional mountain feel from this spacious slope side condo. The entry opens up directly into a spacious great room, where a full living room and kitchen create a comfortable space for unwinding with the family. In the living room you will find a plush sofa and two easy chairs nicely arranged for gathering together. The wall-mounted flatscreen TV adds entertainment options for the evenings, while the massive stone fireplace and exposed log ceiling beams convey a distinct mountain vibe. Three large glass doors spread across one wall of the living area, bringing scenic tree views inside. Stepping out onto the private balcony, you will enjoy peaceful views with no other buildings in sight and glimpses of Fanny Hill to lure you to the slope. In the kitchen, full-sized stainless steel appliances are at your disposal, including a double oven great for whipping up family meals. Plenty of counter space and a massive island make this a good gathering spot for the family. Pull up a stool to the kitchen island, where there is room for four, or gather around the adjacent dining table, where there is seating for six. Stay rested and ready for mountain adventures from the serene sleeping spaces this condo provides. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and large built-in for entertainment and unpacking. From the en suite master bathroom, enjoy his and her sinks and a generously sized corner soaking tub, along with a separate shower. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, generous storage space, and a bathroom right across the hall with a shower and tub combination. The kids will love the loft tucked away upstairs, furnished with two twins and one double. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. There are a lot of nice restaurants and hikes in the Aspen/Snowmass area. The condo could use some cookie sheets/baking pans for baking and some basic condiments (salt, pepper, etc.) but the condo was very nice overall and a great location right next to the slopes. We had six adults and had plenty of room for all of us to stretch out. We also used the grill which was conveniently located at the base of the stairs to the condo. You are just up the hill from the mall and can take the quick gondola down to the new base area. If you were skiing you are literally slope side. The place is clean and nice. The loft area up stairs has 3 single beds and we brought an aero bed for the 4th kid. The only very slight dis-advantage is getting luggage into the place. It's up in the back corner (closest to the ski hill) so you either have to go up a bunch of stairs or park up the hill and walk across the back of the property (no stairs but maybe 100 yard walk). Having said that, three bedrooms and three bathrooms for this price is a good deal. The location of the Timberline is excellent and their pool and view from hot tub is unbelievable.
