The condo was clean and newly remodeled, beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was small but very nice, I would definitely recommend some smaller kid cups, as there were only large cups and glasses. Also, the only other issue was there is no pantry for food and snacks if your planning on doing a lot of cooking. The only reason I give low stars for communication is Betsy text me the day of check in about 1 hour before we were scheduled to check in, to see if we were checking in that day? I responded yea we were on the way for our 2pm check in and she stated the place had not been cleaned yet? We were very disappointed as my daughter and grandkids were already there waiting, they had gone to the beach earlier that day since they only live about an hour away. The cleaners did not get there until after 3pm so it was 5:30 before they were done, we checked in at 6pm. Betsy never checked to see if everything was ok, or really apologize for the inconvenience, she did offer a 50 dollar refund from cleaning fees which was nice but when we checked out I asked if we could check out at 10:30 or 11 am instead of 10 and she said no, because the cleaners would be coming for the next guest? Really, the cleaners came at 3:30 for us and we’re done in 2 hours. With that said, she never even asked how our stay was, she lacked customer service skills. ##### Cynthia G. There was plenty of space for 3 separate couples with all the amenities of home. The view was awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the deck.
