Love the fact that there aren’t a ton of stairs as well, very convenient for young and old. There is some distance between the house and other houses on both sides, so it feels like you have a little privacy, which we really liked. The beach was never crowded and we never had any trouble setting up our chairs right in front of the house. The house was clean and had everything we needed, the beds are very firm (not a problem for us, just informational), and the kids loved the extra little snacks provided, it was a thoughtful added touch. Hannah was wonderful, very communicative and answered any questions we had immediately.
