Beautiful beach house with a view of the ocean…through power lines but still a view. Our family all slept comfortably in the beds and the kitchen is so well stocked for cooking meals for a large group. There are spices but do make sure to bring cooking spray/olive oil.We did need to bring to attention some wobbly seating issues which they took note of but didn’t resolve during our stay. However, a dirty hot tub was dealt with promptly so we were able to enjoy it and the sauna.Do plan to bring toilet paper. Only one roll per bathroom is provided so several bathrooms ran out before our 3 night stay was up. I would also recommend bringing dish tabs too as I believe we only had 3.Overall, despite minor issues, we had a fantastic time with family and would return to this home again in the off season. The Christmas tree and other extras was a nice added touch!Also, we were told the pool would be open but it was indeed closed for the off season. So, don’t get your hopes up there. ##### Melissa S. Our family takes a yearly trip to NTB and this is by far our favorite house we've stayed in. Prompt communication with detailed instructions. Very easy to contact with questions. We had 9 adults, 3 kids and had so much space. Very easy to get in with the key pad on the door. Everything was clean and as pictured. Plenty of parking. Short walk to the beach. Outdoor shower is nice and convenient. Pool was not available for use yet, but looks like it should be ready soon and is in a convenient location. Abundance of deck space with seating on every deck. Hot tub, sauna, fire place, and grill easily accessible with view of the sound. Elevator was appreciated on move in and move out days. Plenty of Seating in the living room and dining room. Infinity table was fun. The kitchen is open with a large island and stocked well with plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware, etc. Regular coffee maker and one to use pods in. Linens provided in all rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The extra blankets and throws in the bedrooms as well as the extra towels in the laundry room were appreciated. We loved having the mesh laundry hampers in the rooms. Plenty of bathrooms; all stocked with hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Check out instructions were super simple and eased some stress on move out day. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. Thank you for having us and we hope to be back soon! ##### Rachel O. We had family come into town and it served all our needs. This home is beautiful and has a lot of room. The ocean view through the living room and kitchen windows are gorgeous. The elevator was so helpful for our family who had an injury. The beach is right across the street and the outside shower is wonderful to clean off in. Property management was very responsive .
