Underneath the home, you will find covered parking, a private enclosed outdoor shower to wash off after a day of fun at the beach, and easy accessibility to the home via the private elevator. The first floor has three bedrooms: a bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony with a couple of hammocks to relax in as you watch the sunset and two bedrooms with queen beds. All three bedrooms have TVs and balcony access. In the hall, you’ll find a shared bathroom, washer and dryer, and elevator access. Continuing up to the next level is an open and inviting living room, dining area, lounge area, and kitchen perfect for gathering and enjoying each other’s company! Step outside on the decks to enjoy the water view while drinking your morning coffee and maybe do some bird watching. Head upstairs to the top floor and you’ll find a king bed, twin bunk bed, large bathroom with jetted tub, elevator access, and beautiful ocean and sound views from your own private balconies. Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge. Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.
