It’s so welcoming that you literally feel like you are at home. It has great features and the owners have provided just about everything you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to bikes, boogie boards, lawn games and even surf boards! Love the outdoor shower and 2 screened in porches. And being just across the street from the ocean and the pool is ideal. The Gay Family has truly created a perfect vacation spot, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The house is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. There’s a well-stocked kitchen with all the essentials you might not think to bring, plus bikes, boogie boards, and lawn games. The access to the tennis court and pool was a huge perk. The house isn’t directly on the beach, it’s just across the street, literally a stone's throw away. We loved having the beach on one side and the sound on the other, with access to each. There is a beautiful backyard with outdoor shower that was a hit with the kids after beach days! The two screened-in porches offered perfect spots for our family to relax. Overall, Gay Dayz is a perfect place for family. We love Topsail Island and can’t wait to return!
