North Topsail Beach is a quiet, family oriented atmosphere that provides a clean, uncrowded beach with white sand and an abundance of seashells. ATTENTION: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE COVERED POOL IS OFFICIALLY OPEN AND IT IS HEATED. The St. Regis Resort is a one stop vacation where you can do everything or relax and do nothing at all. This unit includes 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee maker. The living area has a sofa and love seat and entertainment center with a 46" Flat Screen Cable TV, DVD & VCR. The dining area has a phone & stereo CD player. This unit has a washer & dryer. There is a dry bar charging area next to the kitchen and dining area with a blender and wine glasses. There are over 1100 square feet of living area in this spacious condo. Appliances and amenities are present for your convenience but occasionally fail or are temporarily not in service. Every effort will be made to have them repaired as soon as possible depending on the schedules and demands of the professional service companies. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated. Each bedroom has a 32" Cable TV, VCR & DVD player for your convenience. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a twin pullout sofa bed and private bath (sleeps 3). The 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a queen bed ( sleeps 4), There is an entrance to the private balcony from each bedroom and the living area. Ceramic tile throughout this unit provides a cool, clean and refreshing stay at this oceanfront resort. Don't forget to bring your computer and take advantage of the free wireless internet. This deluxe unit sleeps seven (7) + with a beautiful view of the outdoor pool and ocean from the fifth floor, yet is quiet and peaceful for total relaxation. The St. Regis offers outdoor pool, a fitness center with a sauna, a spectacular view from the 7th floor restaurant for fine dining, basketball court, pickle ball court, bocce court, game room, elevators, poolside cabana and a playground for the children. Massage services are available onsite. Free wireless high speed internet is available throughout the resort. Everything you need is right here in one place. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere are yours at beautiful North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE OPTIONAL at $100 for STAYS OF LESS THAN 7 DAYS. Kids Loved the pool and game room and being so close to the beach. It is easy access to pull the beach cart down the ramp with all the beach gear. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to play games at the dining room table. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals and plenty of dishes. This condo has an excellent view of the ocean as well as the main pool area. The breeze and view from the balcony just can’t be captured in photos. The condo is well maintained, in good overall condition and located next to both stairs and multiple elevators. The St. Regis Resort is an excellent choice for a quality experience and has many amenities that make the stay interesting with any down time you need to utilize. Private parking, with on site security at the entrance makes this a much more safe and comfortable place to stay. The owner/host is very friendly and responsive and ensures you are always able to make contact if you need anything. The family and I stayed for a full week and it was absolutely perfect for our needs and even exceeded our expectations. We’ve been coming to this area of North Carolina for many years and this particular condo is just the Goldilocks zone for what we needed. I can’t recommend this enough and would not hesitate to stay here again. This was our first visit to Topsail Island and I’d have to say it was the most chill and relaxing beach trip that we’ve ever had. The owner, Rich made check in very easy and upon on arrival we walked into a very clean, well furnished condo. The balcony view of the ocean, the waterways and the large maintained pool was beautiful.The St. Regis has a lot to offer on site including a restaurant on the top floor that serves a very good prime rib on Friday nights. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. It only takes minutes to walk to the very northern tip of the island and it provides stunning views. Late afternoons and evenings were enjoyed sitting on the balcony. A couple of times we had a bird’s eye view of the band playing at the pool. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the hardware in the bathrooms could use some updating and they were missing the drain covers in the tubs. The owner does have a rubber stopper though. Rich is very quick to respond to you with any questions or requests. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St. Regis and we will definitely be back! ##### Anna K.
