However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. It's a duplex with a mirror image next door (currently for sale).The elevator is very handy for those of us with bad knees. It's small though, no more than 2 or 3 people or one person and luggage. The beach is very close and lovely, decks and hot tub in good shape and plenty of seating. The only thing I'd say is that while the pier is close to the house via the beach, you do have to walk along the side of the road (no shoulder) to access the pier itself through the store, and it does cost 4/person/day as it is privately owned. We found quite a few small shark teeth on the beach. The AC works great and the kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfy. Not many beach chairs for a large group. I think there were 4 that worked. It was well stocked with dishes. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were top notch. The elevator was very useful for groceries and luggage. The walk to the beach is really no different than being oceanfront. The views from the front and back of the house were fantastic. The garage bar area was great as well. Pros: Proximity to the beach was great Well equipped kitchen Great views and outdoor space options Responsive manager Cons: At this price pt, I’d expect the beds/linens to be ready on arrival and not have the extra work of making all the beds alongside managing 6 kids.
