Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge. Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Beach access was directly across the street, which made life easy, especially with young children. Everything about the house worked perfectly for us, with enough space for everyone. The only downside was having to pay extra for linens and then having to make our own beds. Otherwise, management was very responsive, check in / out was easy! ##### Ellen H. As a condition of check-out, all dishes are to be washed, dried, and put away; seems like the property would come with dishwasher cleanser, since this is a requirement of the guests. Also, having only x1 dish rag & dish towel is not sufficient for a house that can accommodate x10 people. The house itself was amazing with unbeatable views. The elevator was what allowed my somewhat disable Mother to join us. ##### Denise D.
