Step into this delightful duplex featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, positioned on the second row with breathtaking ocean vistas! Upon arriving in the driveway, you’ll immediately appreciate the sheltered parking space and welcoming entrance. Each morning, savor a cup of coffee while listening to the soothing sound of waves and watching the sunrise from one of your four private decks, each offering its own stunning view. Inside, you will be welcomed by an abundance of natural light filtering through multiple windows in the expansive great room. This area showcases an open layout with ample living space alongside a fully stocked kitchen. The living area provides plenty of seating options and includes a flat-screen smart TV with YouTube TV available for your enjoyment. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults, making it an ideal setting for playing cards, completing puzzles, or enjoying board games with family. Just off this area, discover your fourth bedroom, which doubles as a cozy lounge featuring a full futon. This room boasts its own sliding glass door allowing direct access to the back deck. The top floor is complete with a full bathroom, while the middle floor hosts the remaining three bedrooms. Upon entering, the house was not clean. The trash outside was overflowing, flys all over and the stench was disguisting. Inside, dead water bugs in the bedroom doorway, sand on every floor surface from the 1st to 3rd floor, sand in the beds, hair all over everything, trash under the furniture, beads on the floors and on the couches, candy stuck to the kitchen and bedroom floors, food on the walls, the 3rd floor bathroom window was open causing the AC vent to drip with condensation on the bathroom floor. Despite vacuuming and mopping with products I purchased the floors were still slimy. The house is gorgeous. The views are million dollar views. But the cleaning crew is 100% lacking. Bringing these things up to the realtor fell on deaf ears. ##### Erica V. Must go to north and south end of island to the inlet was so pretty could of spent day there.We are use to a busy beach town like Myrtle but it was so nice to relax.
