Very disappointed about the service. When booking room we were advised by reception to book table in restaurant about week upfront, but all restaurants were fully booked and there was not possibility to make an extra table for 2 (!!!) pers.
We called earlier and asked for earlier check-in as we were traveling with a dog, which ended with 2 hours waiting. After 1,5hours waiting we were offered complimentary coffee and water for our dog.
No discount / upgrade for spa etc was offered, also reception didn’t ask about how was our stay at check-out.
Common spa area was not worse trying- we left it just after entering due it was overcrowded.
I’m traveling a lot because of work and have never experienced so bad service, definitely not worse staying.
