The location was perfect. I would say that the beds are rather high and one in particular was difficult to get into even with provided step stool. If we were any older, we may not have been able to get up and into the bed. The beach access stairs were cordoned off with a warning sign saying stay off. After calling the rental agency, they contacted the owner. We were told they were okay to use the following day. This kept us off the beach the first day.
